The services and offers of Samuel`s Dance Hall are subject to the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions also apply to all future business relationships, even if they are not expressly agreed. The Terms and Conditions valid at the time of registration apply. Samuel`s Dance Hall does not recognise any deviating conditions of the member, unless Samuel`s Dance Hall has expressly agreed to their validity in writing.

(1) The decisive elements in the conclusion of a contract are a properly completed entry declaration naming the desired course, as well as a legally binding signature.

(1) Monthly fees are based on the prices stated at the time of entry.
(2) The fee applies to the chosen courses per week for a period of one month.
(3) Courses take place throughout the year. During the summer holidays Samuel's Dance Hall reserves the right to take a summer break for three weeks, for which it shall provide compensation.
(4) When choosing other courses, a 50% discount will be granted.

(1) The notice period is three months and starts at the beginning of the month following receipt of notice to terminate.
(2) Notice to terminate must be delivered in writing to the following address: Samuel`s Dance Hall, Caseler Str.2, 13088 Berlin

(1) The fee shall be collected by direct debit on a monthly, quarterly, biannual or annual basis. It shall be debited on the tenth day of the month for the relevant month or payment cycle.
(2) If the fee cannot be collected due to lack of funds, refusal of of payment and so on, Samuel's Dance Hall reserves the right to exclude the member from the course until the due fee has been settled.
(3) Any resulting costs, such as chargeback fees, shall be borne by the member.

(1) Any claims for damages due to a positive breach of contract, culpa in contrahendo or tort are excluded both against Samuel`s Dance Hall and against its vicarious agents, insofar as the damage was not caused intentionally or through gross negligence.
(2) Members themselves are liable for accidents, injuries, etc. Disability insurance can be taken out if necessary.
(3) If a course is cancelled by Samuel`s Dance Hall, a replacement can be provided free of charge.

(1) Should one provision be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
(2) The place of fulfilment is Berlin.
(3) If a customer is a registered trader, a legal person under public law or a special fund under public law, actions concerning all disputes arising from the business relations between us and our customers must be brought before the court responsible for our head office.
