In 1983, Sandra's dance training began at Marlen Neske's ballet studio, where she already danced in numerous stage performances as part of the school's own ballet company at the age of ten.
In 1991, she expanded her dance repertoire with two years of jazz training with Kelvin O'Hardy on the floor.
In 1998, Sandra also completed three years of training as a stage dancer in modern dance at danceworks-berlin.
There, she studied the dance techniques of Martha Graham, Merce Cunningham and Jase Limon.
Sandra then danced in many projects at the Theater am Halleschen Ufer, as well as for two years at the Deutsche Oper Berlin.
Since 2005 she has dedicated herself to teaching children and young people, especially jazz dance and ballet, in many ballet schools in the city, and since 2009 she has also been giving fun courses at the Samuel's Dance Hall.
